Gwinn is a decoration-talent fairy. She appears in A Masterpiece for Bess and Tinker Bell Takes Charge.

She is very small, even for a fairy. But despite her size, she's very fast and makes quick decisions. She helps new fairy's decorate their room in the Home Tree with the help of her friend, the large and shy carpentray-talent Cedar. The two are often seen together- they take great care in rebuilding Tink’s room to its original condition. She expresses delight in being able to decorate a room for an adult fairy who arrived years ago- most of the time, room preparation has to go with whatever fits a talent, and they have to just hope the new fairy likes it.
