Russell is a scout fairy seen in Fairy Haven and the Quest for the Wand, and he is incomplete because his right wing doesn't glow.

In Fairy Haven and the Quest for the Wand, he was mentioned several times. His wish is to be Mother Dove's favorite.
In Prilla and the Butterfly Lie, he and some other fairies had caught the fairy pox. Poppy reported that they were all recovering quickly and doing just fine.
